Bulgogi Mac & Four Cheese

Al dente macaroni, covered in house béchamel and tucked in with a selection of mozzarella, smoked scamorza, Scottish cheddar and parmesan, with a spicy bulgogi creme brûlée-esque lid.

Miso Aubergine

Japanese Aubergine. Crisped, smoked and charred, topped with yuzu den miso sauce and lightly garnished with spring onion wafers and white sesame seeds.
